Refunds and returns

When you order your goods over the Internet, you are entitled to view your products for up to seven days within your own home.
If within this period you decide not to purchase the products, you are entitled to return them to Swallow Crafts unopened and in their original saleable condition for a full refund less the cost of the postage.

*Please note that cut ribbon, tulle, organza, cotton candy, spiders web and mulberry paper is non returnable unless faulty.

If you return goods please also enclose a copy of your invoice with the reason for returning the item.

Faulty goods

Should any of your goods arrive damaged, please e-mail us within three days of receipt and return any faulty goods to us within five days of receiving your order.

Please enclose a copy of your invoice with the reason for returning the item and your choice of either a replacement item or a full refund.

Please note:
We suggest you obtain a certificate of postage, which is free via the post office when returning goods. We are unable to accept responsibility for any packages lost in the post.


The products sold by Swallow Crafts are for decorative use only.
They are not toys and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

You’re entitled to be able to request details of the personal data we hold about you without a fee. Please contact with details of your request and we’ll respond as soon as is reasonably possible.

Request erasure

You have the right to ask us to delete or remove personal data where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it. To do this please contact stating your full name and any email addresses/ postal addresses we may hold in order that we can correctly identify you and remove your personnal data as soon as reasonably posible.
